This Privacy Policy is formulated in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act, India) and applicable Information Technology Rules.

2. Scope of Data Processed

Bolco Enterprises operates across software platforms and digital commerce. We process:

• Client Account Details: Name, business identification, phone number, email address, and billing credentials.
• Transaction Metadata: Mobile phone numbers, order timestamps, and service categorization strictly required to generate receipts, invoice shipments, and deliver SMS notifications.
• Accounting Records: Billing transactions, invoices, and payment ledger entries.

3. Non-Disclosure & Zero Monetization

We never sell, rent, license, or monetize customer or citizen personal data to any marketing network, advertising exchange, or data aggregator. Data collected is used solely for delivering operational software services, e-commerce order fulfillment, and regulatory compliance.

4. Data Storage & Encryption Standards

All data processed by Bolco Enterprises is hosted within cloud datacenters physically located within the Republic of India. In-flight data is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3), and resting database storage is secured with AES-256 standard encryption.

5. Soft-Delete & Audit Retention

In compliance with financial audit standards, transaction and ledger records are preserved using soft-deletion mechanisms. Historical ledger entries retain tamper-evident timestamps to support statutory Chartered Accountant audits and dispute resolution.
