1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website bolco.in, our software products (including Bolco ERP Seva and Bolco ERP for Business), our e-commerce store, or any services provided by Bolco Enterprises (“Bolco”), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using our platforms immediately.

2. Software & Platform License

Subject to active service subscription or account credentials, Bolco Enterprises grants enterprise clients, operators, and commercial merchants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize our cloud ERP applications for internal billing, token queue management, and accounting.

3. User Responsibilities & Legal Compliance

Users agree to:

  • Operate commercial and citizen counters in accordance with applicable state and national regulatory standards.
  • Safeguard their account login credentials and assume responsibility for all ledger entries and transactions made under their account.
  • Refrain from attempting reverse engineering, unauthorized scraping, or compromising platform cybersecurity infrastructure.

4. Availability & Service Uptime

While Bolco Enterprises strives to maintain high cloud availability, we are not liable for disruptions caused by local broadband ISP failures, third-party gateway outages, or grid power interruptions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Bolco Enterprises shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost revenues, disputed payment transactions, or operator bookkeeping errors.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes arising out of the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the State of Kerala, India.
